A ref. 25594ST, a Royal Oak Day Date Moonphase, here with an early petite tapisserie dial. This is one of the earliest complicated Royal Oaks, debuting in the mid-sized case. The 25594 was developed in tandem with the 25572, but released a year later as a slightly more complicated and more valuable model. The 25594 is the longest-lived Royal Oak reference to date, in production from 1985 until 2006. It has a masterful elegance thanks to dual-eye day and date subdials, which have earned it the name ‘The Owl’ amongst collectors.
