Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Hairspring account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in unused condition to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
